We submit client prepared documents to the court so you do not have to deal with clerks, courthouse visits or filing systems.What do we NOT do?We do not provide legal advice.
We do not tell you which forms to file.
We do not draft edit or complete legal documents.
We do not decide legal strategy.If you need help deciding what to file, you must consult an attorney before booking services.Are you a law firm?No. Vista Court Logistics LLC is not a law firm and does not act as an attorney or paralegal.What courts do you file with?We file with the Superior Court of California North County Division Family Law located at:325 S Melrose Drive Vista California 92081.What types of cases do you handle?Family Court matters only.Do you prepare or complete court forms for me?No. You must provide fully completed and signed court forms. We handle filing logistics only.Do you review my documents before filing?Yes for administrative completeness only. We check for missing pages, signatures and obvious omissions. We do not review documents for legal accuracy or sufficiency.What happens if my documents are incomplete or incorrect?Incomplete submissions delay service. Court rejections caused by incorrect information, wrong forms, missing signatures or court rule changes are not the responsibility of Vista Court Logistics LLC, however, we will review the document for completeness and contact you if it needs to be completed further. We cannot instruct you on how to complete the form.What information do I need to provide?Before we can begin you must:Pay for services

Submit your filings and cover sheet in PDF format with clear instructions on how you want your documents filed.Do you file electronically or in person?For Preferred Partners, we file in person, but if you'd like us to e-file your documents, we can do that too.What do your service fees include?Our flat rate service fees include filing coordination, time sensitive handling, administrative review for completeness, in person or electronic submission and proof of filing or retrieval when applicable.Are your service fees refundable?No. Service fees are non refundable once service is booked.Do your fees include court filing fees?No. Court filing fees are separate and are paid directly to the court, not to Vista Court Logistics LLC.How do I pay court filing fees?Mail us a NEXT DAY check or money order payable to Clerk of the Court. Money Orders are preferred.
You may also request and pay for courier pickup of your check or money order.
If you have a fee waiver, please provide us with an approved fee waiver form or provide us with a filled out fee waiver form for us to file on your behalf. Fee waivers are determined by the court. Vista Court Logistics does not approve fee waivers.Do you guarantee fee waiver approval?No. Fee waiver approval is determined solely by the court.What if my fee waiver is denied?Your documents cannot be filed until court fees are resolved. A new service may be required.Do I need to provide identification?Some filings require valid government issued photo identification or proof of authorization.When does work begin?Work begins only after payment is received all required information and documents are submitted, court fee arrangements are complete and the service agreement is signed.How long does filing take?Filing timelines depend on court processing and clerk availability. Court timelines are outside our control.What happens if my filing is rejected by the court?If a filing is rejected we will forward the rejection notice exactly as received. Corrections must be made by you or your attorney. Additional service fees may apply.What proof do I receive after filing?Proof of completion depends on the service selected and may include filed endorsed copies, e-filing confirmation or court receipt.How do you handle my documents and information?All documents and information are handled confidentially and used solely for administrative filing purposes subject to court record requirements. Vista Court Logistics retains customer documents for up to 60 days after the filing service is completed. This allows time to address any questions or filing issues that may arise.After this period, documents may be securely deleted or destroyed as part of our regular document management practices. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of all documents submitted for filing. Vista Court Logistics LLC is a document filing service and does not provide long-term document storage.
