No. Court filing fees are separate and are paid directly to the court, not to Vista Court Logistics LLC.How do I pay court filing fees?
Mail us a NEXT DAY check or money order payable to Clerk of the Court. Money Orders are preferred.
You may also request and pay for courier pickup of your check or money order.
If you have a fee waiver, please provide us with an approved fee waiver form or provide us with a filled out fee waiver form for us to file on your behalf. Fee waivers are determined by the court. Vista Court Logistics does not approve fee waivers.Do you guarantee fee waiver approval?
No. Fee waiver approval is determined solely by the court.What if my fee waiver is denied?
Your documents cannot be filed until court fees are resolved. A new service may be required.Do I need to provide identification?
Some filings require valid government issued photo identification or proof of authorization.When does work begin?
Work begins only after payment is received all required information and documents are submitted, court fee arrangements are complete and the service agreement is signed.How long does filing take?
Filing timelines depend on court processing and clerk availability. Court timelines are outside our control.What happens if my filing is rejected by the court?
If a filing is rejected we will forward the rejection notice exactly as received. Corrections must be made by you or your attorney. Additional service fees may apply.What proof do I receive after filing?
Proof of completion depends on the service selected and may include filed endorsed copies, efiling confirmation or court receipt.How do you handle my documents and information?
All documents and information are handled confidentially and used solely for administrative filing purposes subject to court record requirements. Vista Court Logistics retains customer documents for up to 60 days after the filing service is completed. This allows time to address any questions or filing issues that may arise.After this period, documents may be securely deleted or destroyed as part of our regular document management practices. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of all documents submitted for filing. Vista Court Logistics LLC is a document filing service and does not provide long-term document storage. Vista Court Logistics LLC treats all client documents as confidential and uses them solely for the purpose of completing the requested filing service.Who is this service best for?
Clients who already have completed court forms and want filing handled cleanly, correctly and without courthouse stress.What is the next step?
For first time Partner Accounts, select the service that best fits your needs. After booking you will complete an intake questionnaire, submit payment and sign the service agreement so work can begin. Once you have completed a first-time service with us, your Partner Account will be active, and you can submit documents to us at [email protected] in the future, rather than schedule via web. You can then decide whether to pay per service, or establish a NET30 account. For first time service, we require immediate payment. For all subsequent services, you may choose NET30. For NET30 accounts, we will send an updated invoice after every service with a running total.
